# FAQ

> Short answers to common questions.

## Is Blitzscan free?

You can ask three questions without an account, answered with a quick lookup. Free questions are also limited to 20 a day for everyone on the same network (a shared office or home connection, for example), so they can run out before your three do. Deeper research needs you to sign in. During the preview, asking more needs a signed-in account that the Blitzscan team has invited. An invited account can ask 100 questions a day, up to 50 of them with deeper research; the count resets at 00:00 UTC. How many questions you have left today is in **Settings, Usage**.

## Why does my question say the preview is invite only?

Your account's wallet or Google email is not on the tester list yet. Send the team the address or email you signed in with; once it is added, ask again. Linking an invited wallet to an account you created with Google also works.

## Why was my question refused with a wait time?

You can ask 12 questions a minute. The message says how long to wait.

## Does Regenerate cost a question?

Yes, it asks again. Retrying an answer that failed does not.

## Which USDG is this?

The one you picked. Type `$` and choose from the list: the recognised contract comes first, and copies are marked LOOK-ALIKE or SHARED SYMBOL. A symbol typed without picking means the recognised token. See [Ask questions](/asking-questions).

## Why is the top holder a pool?

Pools, vaults and bridges hold tokens for many people, so they often top holder lists. They are marked as contracts and hatched in the share-of-supply chart. Ask about a pool's address to see its activity.

## Why is the last bar of a chart faded?

That day or hour is not over yet (or the window starts part-way through the first one). Faded bars are left out of averages. See [Read answers](/reading-answers).

## How current is the data?

Blitzscan updates continuously; recent activity is usually included within a few minutes. Answers do not carry a freshness line: you can take it as current.

## Are the profit numbers exact?

They are computed exactly from DEX swaps and prices with evidence behind them, but the method is still being refined during the preview, and swaps are not everything a wallet does. See [Data coverage and limits](/data-coverage).

## Are the yields Blitzscan shows safe?

Blitzscan never says so. Each yield comes with how it was measured, the window, and the risks it could see, such as a young pool, fees earned on only a few days, a token without a price feed or a concentrated holder list. It is a reading of the recent past, not advice.

## Can Blitzscan tell me if a token is a scam?

It can review the contract and the trading: who holds the owner powers, whether it can be upgraded, whether the source is verified, whether the liquidity is locked, how concentrated the holders are, and whether anyone has managed to sell. It shows what it found and the evidence, and leaves the verdict to you.

## Does signing in with a wallet cost anything?

No. You sign a message that proves you hold the address. Nothing is sent, nothing is approved, no gas is spent, and Blitzscan never receives your keys. See [Sign in and wallets](/sign-in-and-wallets).

## Can I use Blitzscan on my phone?

Yes, in your usual browser. To sign in with a wallet, press **Mobile wallet**: on a phone it opens your wallet app directly, and on a computer it shows a QR code to scan with the wallet app. Any wallet app that supports WalletConnect works. Opening Blitzscan inside your wallet app's own browser also works, and so does Google. See [Sign in and wallets](/sign-in-and-wallets).

## Who can see my threads?

Only you, unless you share one. A shared link is read-only, and turning it off stops it working. You can remove threads from your history in **Settings, History**. During the beta, accounts can't be deleted and Blitzscan keeps a copy of your threads.

## Is this financial advice?

No. Blitzscan describes what happened on chain. It can be wrong; check the sources.
