# Find yield and pools

> Pools ranked by what they paid, with the risks Blitzscan can see.

Find where the trading volume and the fees are. Blitzscan ranks pools by what they paid liquidity providers, compares lending markets, and names the risks it can see.

Yield answers are still being improved. Name the token and ask for yield, as in "Where can I earn yield on USDG right now?". Other wordings can return a ranking of trading profit instead, or take too long to answer. If that happens, ask again in that form.

## How yields are grouped

| Group | What it is | What to watch |
| - | - | - |
| **Lending and vaults** | Interest from lending markets and vaults | How much of the market is borrowed, and who can change its settings |
| **LP pools** | Trading fees paid to liquidity providers | Pool size, how many days had fees, price moves of the pair |
| **Speculative pools** | Young or thin pools with high reported rates | A few trades can make a rate look very high |

Each yield shows how it was measured and the time window. A pool must have enough liquidity before Blitzscan ranks it, so a nearly empty pool cannot top the list.

## How to do it

    Add a minimum liquidity: "among pools with at least \$100K of liquidity". This removes pools where a few trades set the rate.

  <Step title="Check one pool">
    Click a pool to ask about it: its volume over time, its largest liquidity providers and its fees per day.
